If i compare it to all the other apps out there such as cheathappens and the Mega Dev platform, instead of running a single trainer you are more or less forced to have a app with all the trainers bloating up your pc, and these apps or programs tend to hog quite a lot of memory almost like clients such as Steam, origin and Uplay.
From a customer's perspective and the experience i have with these apps i don't see how this would benefit your customers in the long run, anything that hogs more memory is a bad idea in my book since you would have to have the app running with the trainer.
As long as we're not forced to use it, i can live with it. I use CH exactly because you have no clients, i would heavily weight if this is worth doing.
Because the other clients i mentioned use roughly 300-400mb memory and they have nowhere near as many trainers and updates which will only increase in time.
I think being able to download single trainers instead is a much superior system to all those clients that has to be updated and installed, but that is my opinion.
For you it means you can secure your work completely, if you guys can make a system where the client or app is open and can be closed as you run the trainer than i'm all for the idea, i just don't want to use 500mb-1g more memory while running trainers compared to the old 102mb.

Sorry, but individual trainers are going away and this app will be required to use future trainers once released. We will try and optimize it as much as possible. The bulk of CH users voted on this and judging by our Kickstarter success, obviously it was the right decision.

All message board access is granted by hand and not automatic. You PM me if you pledged $100 or more and need access or send me your alias on Kickstarter.

As far as i could understand most of them backed the project for support?, not because they necessarily like the idea of having another client on their system or being forced on a specific operating system.
I'll stop beating a dead horse before it becomes a heated argument, i just don't like the idea of clients, i'm old fashioned and i believe in the pride of ownership in physical copies, same reason why i use gog and not steam.
Atleast you guys ask your customers what they want followed by beta tests, i can't ask more than that, especially not after 14 years on a free ride.
