Is there supposed to be a tier to pledge for 20 dollars? Or do I use the Pledge without reward tier?

you can select the $10 tier then select an add-on or if you don't want anything you can pledge without a reward

I had a question Since a yearish ago. You put out the Improved Trainer Manager ( I know this is far older then a year in total). Will this be officially dropped when the AIO goes live? Also will COSMOS still be supported for those of us that try to make are own hack?

AIO replaces the trainer manager. Cosmos will not be dropped.
