I have originally bought a lifetime membership, but because I like to support you guys, I have been a lifetime plus member for quite a few years. I have also sponsered the kickstarter. You do awesome work, so its well deserved.
What I would like is the ability to get an on hold or retired trainer once off updated by using RC. So say I'd like to play a game that has been placed on hold, if you get say 30 000 RC sponsered to the trainer, you update the trainer and reset the counter. If the game then updates again, tough, you need to add those points again to get an update on the trainer. Can even do it with retired games.
I don't play games without a trainer, so when the trainers go on hold, its just tough, that game goes dead to me. Getting the status changed in the forums, isn't really possible, but I am also sitting on more than 500 000 RC that means really little to me.
We don't currently keep track of which games are ON HOLD or RETIRED so typically if patching has slowed down to less than once per month, then you can post on the game's board or PM me and I will see about removing the hold from the trainer. We can't really let people spend points for this type of thing because it's a time/resource problem if the game patches every other day and/or re-writes their entire code base and we have to basically start over, we have to put it on hold or retire. If we let everyone use credits to undo those decisions, then we would be right back where we started. We don't put games on hold or especially retire without careful thought about how it's affecting our ability to update and write trainers for new games released every day.
I donated 10$, my economy is not that good, but I hope it will be better soon. Thanks for a great site🙂
We appreciate your support, regardless of the amount that you put into the Kickstarter. Thank you Thunde 🙂
