Very true..... I'm one of them early Lifetime members who paid a very low fee at the beginning and have been using CH ever since (more than 11 years now).
As a VERY satisfied customer I just had to put my money where my mouth is and pledged $301.

I personally use REMOVED for this and its funny to see a new company suffer from the same customer service issues the new game cracking companies have. lol
They purposely during popular launches of Resident Evil VIII and Cyberpunk decided to release cheats for Pony games on the PS4 because everyone was requesting the popular games. (They'll learn lol)
But maybe a separate membership for console games saves as that would be an undertaking.

No, that is not correct. You can pledge as little as $20 and get 20 offline keys to use for the future. Otherwise, AFTER the Kickstarter, it will require a Lifetime PLUS membership to download an offline key.

No, we mean PC save games. Sometimes a trainer is not feasible or able to be made but the save files are json or clear text and we can edit them to make changes in the game.

Not exactly nickel and diming people. - I'm only here for the last couple of years or so, and it was significantly higher for me, but I'm not debating its value,( kind of as my point, I attempted to be polite. and feed back.. and you took it as an attack! ) merely stating that for MY purposes, I feel Lifetime was a mistake as I was expecting more of a lifetime plus experience. It felt like I had just ponied up for Lifetime. and then as soon as I did, 'hey, wanna go for more!?' but in fairness, this is a self-solving problem as with each successive trailer for a game I play it becomes more and more financially viable.
2. We try and respond to everyone in the same manner they respond to us. - Again, you assume that I'm rude or an *******, I invite you to check my post history.. I post here rarely at best. what I disagree with is players attempting to discuss things and the short and curt responses to paying customers. again, NOBODY said that us being customers gives us the right to abuse you! of course not! you're just putting words in my mouth at that point. If you want examples, I can duly go and track a few down.
To be fair, you made very solid points in the service CH offers and MY misunderstanding of what I was getting before buying lifetime, I freely accept that, and I'm happy to concede that was MY misconception. However, I stand fast on point #2. the way orange names speak to people is rude when you consider they are (for the most part) paying customers! again, happy to provide examples.
On a side note, I am not sure the history of CheatHappens but I do remember a similar service called the REMOVED / REMOVED / REMOVED / REMOVED .
I was around in the mid 90s when the internet was really blowing up. Back then, your 15 year old angry forum REMOVED could literally called your ISP (REMOVED , REMOVED , REMOVED ) and get you banned or suspended from your ISP. To be fair if you ever seen the movie Wolf of Wall Street the guy who married his cousin from Stratton Oakmont sued REMOVED for failing to take down a mean post from one of it's users.
The courts sided with Stratton Oakmont (Stratton Oakmont, Inc. v. Prodigy Services Co.) which led to the infamous Section 230 which conservatives have been whining about because makes websites immune when they censor someone.
Anyways, during this time and after Section 230 a 15 year old moderator could still call up and get you banned for breaking whatever rule on a website for example you back talked a moderator lol.
This brand which is famous for the REMOVED cheat device famously would call up ISPs for years and get people banned but when the USA switched from dial up to big corp ISPs like REMOVED yeah they stopped doing that.
Over the years the service would put out inferior products and codes and its moderators there would still attempt to call up local ISPs to get people banned. Needless to say the company would go through hard times in which they tried to rebrand into REMOVED again, not understanding at the time Twink even though meant cheater was used as a homophobic insult to label all cheats as twinks.
This company would later die out and try to come back over the years, but the reputation of the site has gone down hill.
I want to say the staff at CheatHappens used be ten years ago going down this route as these dudes are more intellectuals and customer service is not their strong suite and most people don't realize how big and important customer service is. They have mellowed for the most part and over the years have become more patient and understanding with people complaining.
Believe me ten years ago if PW did not like something he would shut the trainer down for the game well yelling at everyone calling them ungrateful. They have grown and I respect that, which is why I do give anonymously. They still put out a product that I can live with. I am not a fan of all the changes or codes but I can see they are doing their best.
Believe me if this was ten years ago you would most likely be banned and anyone agreeing without be ungrateful.
My only compliant with Lifetime Plus was the Offline Mode for the trainer a couple months back was changed to Lifetime Plus from Lifetime members so we lost a feature. I didn't say anything I figured something else most likely did and I was able to download an offline key last week.

Thanks. Also, you are incorrect about the offline keys. They have ALWAYS been available to both YEARLY and LIFETIME (regardless of PLUS) members since the site launched. That will change when the AIO app launches. THEN it will be Lifetime PLUS only or those that purchased the 20 offline keys add-on for $10 during the Kickstarter. We may also make them available for a short time after the KS is over when we use Backerkit to finish up the campaign.
Are we supposed to be able to read all the other posts in this board? I can see the titles, but every time I try to read any of them I am redirected here.
Have tested on multiple devices, all after logging out on logging back in.
