Offline mode has been confirmed for the app. It will only be available to Lifetime PLUS subscribers due to security concerns, but it's currently available as a $10 add-on in the Kickstarter project for anyone below Lifetime PLUS. Each $10 purchase will get you 20 offline keys. Lifetime PLUS subscribers or $150+ backers will automatically get 20 keys to start.

Excellent! Thank you.
And just so people here can see, PWizard clarified some information about offline keys over in the Kickstarter comments:
Question: Those keys are the amount of times you can activate it to play an offline session?
Answer: No, one key is all you need to activate all trainers. The only time you would need a new key is if your hardware changes as they are personalized to anonymous parts of your hardware configuration, the same as they are today. 20 keys should be plenty unless you upgrade your PC hardware frequently.
From the answer on KS its going to be connected to Hardware. I been informed Windows updates have caused keys to break. Would there be something to stop that. @PWizard
Personally me I have not had a key break because of that.
Excellent! Thank you.

Not sure, unless maybe you are in the Windows Preview program where it basically installs a new version of Windows every week or so. I would think most users are not.
