Can't get fast construction to work or fast build to work either, are there any important instructions to get them to work. The materials to make the building are set to 0 but the building themselves just stay grey/greyed out and never get built, I have seen others say the same, I'm using the latest trainer. The game was updated 10 days ago to v1.0.26.15 on Steam.

Just a heads up that posts with issues here and not update requests, don't get looked at. Help yourselves and others by putting in that update request if the trainer is running into issues.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

The “ Unlimited Resource Storage” interferes with those options and while it’s on you won’t be able to build anything,disable it and try again.

Trying to use the aurora trainer I get an error:
14:15:48: Successfully attached to Settlement Survival
14:15:50: Point (Activation), Script error in line 9: 'DevelopmentMgrData:AddExp+5' is 0 or not a valid address
Any suggestions?

Make sure you run the game and Aurora as admin. If you still get this then post an update request.

The game speed button crashes the game. The unlimited health and happiness works except for the bonuses for high health and happiness still requires needs being fulfilled. Also, although it has nothing to do with the trainer, alt-tabbing out of the game causes it to instantly crash.
