the system of free construction does not work .. I turn it on and the resources for the building really need zero .. but they do not build buildings. I include only one option. Feels like none of the options work. but it seems that the patches are not your fault😰

Checking the DB I can see since the trainer was updated on the 01.11.2021 the game has had five updates to the games build. This may cause the trainer to not work correctly. Since you have stated there is an issue with the option. Then a request will need to be put through for updating the trainer and that is done this Link
Reporting that the trainer that gives unlimited Happiness doesnt in fact work, it will show the bar full at 100%, but your citizens will still get unhappy and do mass murder around your town unless you have a police station to go around and find the person who did the crime so you can banish them, i must have banished over 40+ people so far for just murder alone. even though the trainer has my happiness full.
The same thing happens to me, I think because of the small update they put it doesn't work completely well.
