To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

Why is windows 10 operating system required?

store.steampowered.com/app/1426450 . It has been shown that it can work on windows 8.1 operating system.

I want to ask the creator to also make a win8 cheat trainer.

I might be missing something but as I can see it on the trainer page, it says it is compatible with Win 8.1

No, in fact, I can't test the trainer without windows 10 operating system, the trainer required windows 10's D3dX12.dll on the working game. The trainer isn't Compatible with windows 8.1.

D3dX12.dll is for the trainer in-game overlay, just turn it off in the settings. I would run the SFC tool, sounds like yours is missing or damaged. 8.1 was notorious for that file messing up.

Seems like one of the options, me suspecting Building Infinite HP bugging out the game to a degree where Villagers kind of...stop moving around and you don't gain any more Pops from Houses. Wasn't like this until i activated the following Infinite HP (except Single-Target) cheats.

Wanted to let you know of this.
