Since the steam version is so old. I thought I would ask first if I should request the newer trainer on a new platform or request the new option (infinite time) on the old steam trainer, and then figure out what hoops to jump through.

If the steam trainer is still marked as active you can request trainer options for it.

Just wondering how long it normally takes from time of submission to show up some place? It does not appear under my requests, so was wondering if I messed it up some how.

Once it gets approved and listed on the request page for voting, it will then show up in MY REQUESTS. How long it takes for approval is hard to say. If nothing happens this weekend, message me and I'll check on it for you.
