This would be technically be the time to put in on hold when Early Access comes out because this is also the time that large amount of updates comes out and each time the trainer usually doesn't work after each update, for some games.
Theres already about 2/3 of the players with negative reviews cause of all the bugs, this is going to take weeks to fix these problems, if they release updates on their schedule and some updates don't fix certain problems so its a Wait-and-see kinda thing to look at and figure out a plan when the next trainer is going to be released.
The trainer works great so lets not rush things too soon.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

If you fail three times it will automatically do this for you. I think there is also a setting that will do it for you too, check the recent patch notes on Steam for details.
