Download it manually from the site and not through TM, working fine on my end doing it that way.

It works fine from the TM too.
Only reason I brought it up is that it's leaving my TM with an error under "updates available". I'm not sure how it will impact the TM checking for and downloading updates for other trainers when it's in the error state.
Close it, delete the trainers.xml and restart it, should clear it. If not then the settings.xml will be the next one. They will regenerate upon next run.

Just did both and same error.
It goes through the process of authorizing the download and then ends up with the error I posted above. I had assumed it was a setting related to the trainer on your end that made the TM believe the trainer was out of date. It started after the TM update for the "mobile ready" feature and Slime Rancher has that feature.
Tried 3 or 4 times and can't replicate it, always works for me. Only thing to do or try now would be a complete TM wipe and re-install or just right click the image on the left and uncheck keep up to date.
So you have the Steam Slime Rancher trainer in your TM and if you restart your TM it doesn't show the trainer is in need of an update and attempt to update it?
If that's the case that's weird. I'll just uncheck keep up to date if it's only me that's having the issue. I was just concerned it may break the auto update feature on other trainers for people who leave their TM running for extended periods.
