I have had this issue once in awhile. what I find that has happen is that the current trainer has been updated with RGB or some other addon. so it registers as needing updated in your TM. nothing else is different with the version you have now. To fix this. Delete the trainer you have in your TM and then download the trainer once more. That will make everything current.
I have done that multiple times and it's still tries to download an update.
I have numerous other trainers that have the "mobile-ready" feature and no issues which was the update where I noticed the problem with this one.
Weirdest thing is that if it's only me, I've now done a clean TM install and still occurs. This is going to drive me nuts trying to figure it out. 😁

Let me know if you would like to do a TeamViewer session so I can take a look personally and see if I can provide a solution.
Not sure on this one, but in this folder
C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\Trainer Settings
look for 21693.xml and 21693_gamepass.xml and delete them. See if that helps. Those hold the Slime Rancher trainer's info.
That fixed it.
Deleted the file, deleted the trainer, reinstalled trainer and it's not attempting to download an update.
I didn't look before hand but I'm assuming that file doesn't get deleted when the trainer is uninstalled so that appeared to be causing the issue.
Thank you
