Ran both commands.
First command went through fine. Second command line stated some corrupted files were restored.
Deleted old trainer folders(temp, roaming, everything), downloaded new from site to a different folder/location. still coming back with the same error.

Tried moving the folder to my admin acct as that user had done. Logged in with my admin acct, still the same error, but faster, lol..
To preface all of this going on, I can still download the individual trainers from the site, and the trainer themselves work fine, just getting the manager to function has hit a roadblock. I've seen the mention of Canary a few times, but not sure what that entails.

I don't think privileges from a standard account folder moved to an admin account carry over, think you need to make a new folder while on the admin account for them to stick.
