Game has had 5 recorded patches today alone. I would say give 2 weeks and if it has not patched again, then send the trainer maker a PM and ask if he wants to have a look and taking it off hold.

These devs sure love release many small patches than just waiting a week or month and release all at once.

they released the game, yes, but if you would've looked over their release notes you would've seen that for at least a month, the game will have at least 1 patch daily. they released a DLC as well, which is interesting, but it also brought a ton of problems with it. then there's the fact that there are still parts of the game that are not translated, mechanics that are not yet finished (the last zone), balance issues for skills and gear. not sure how many people are working on this game but they're usually slow to fix these issues so it'll be a while before the game is "stable" enough for a proper trainer to be made for it. even aob methods needed a complete rework because of the DLC and the new zone.
