Hey, All. I was wondering how to follow up on a update request that I submitted bout 3 weeks ago?

Hey, All. I was wondering how to follow up on a update request that I submitted bout 3 weeks ago? I have purchased the Instant 3 Trainer Update Requests +, purchased more RC & no response. I understand folks are HELLA busy with other trainers, but I'd like a little love ova hea (over here). Can anybody help me? The current game build is 0.3.8 & the current trainer generates an error when you try to launch. 😕😕😕
