Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

Tried it several times with different settings.
Unlimited resources seems to set the resources to 800~900 once sometimes but they diminish over time. Health just spews out errors and makes the trainer unusable. Haven't tried game speed.
I noticed that the game is rough around the edges at best and it is probably challlenging to program a trainer for it (no clue about programming so just an assumption)
Thank you for your hard work guys. Sad to see Nevermore go but a huge welcome to DeathRow, hope you'll enjoy your time with the team.
