I downloaded a Dicey Dungeons trainer, but when I launch the trainer it says the website is offline and that I need to use an offline key. Then a "CHTrainer has stopped working" message pops up.
It's not just that particular trainer either. I tried launching the other trainers I have to see if they were affected and they were. They all same the thing about needing an offline key.
Anyone have any idea what the issue is?

Could be old site data in your browser cache it is reading, if so, clear ALL browser cache and cookies. Could be the new servers we moved to and your DNS is not routing to it properly, if so try changing it to a google DNS address or a cloudflare DNS.

If you have Windows 7 then no need to submit a ticket as we no longer support it since Microsoft no longer supports it. Your best bet is an offline key or upgrade to Windows 10 or 11.

Well that explains it. I was about to reply that the steps Cypher had recommended did not remedy my issue. Then when I saw that PWizard said that you guys don't support Windows 7 anymore I booted up Windows 10 VM and tried running a trainer and it worked as expected.
I guess I'll look into creating an offline key then. If I may make a suggestion though. You guys might want to put a notice somewhere (maybe on your support pages) about Windows 7's lack of support as to prevent threads like this one from being created in the future.

It is literally marked on every trainer page where WIN 7 is under compatability....
