You might have to delete your anti-virus software as the software automatically turns back on and deletes files/trainers on your computer so even if you were able to paste the file to your desktop it will shortly be deleted when the software turns back on.
Would it be possible to access trainer function through website like be able to activate trainer options through website without the need to download files?

Short answer, no.
trying to download this file and i get failed as virus detected, so i looked into this
and its the following file Trojan:Win32/Sabsik.FL.A!ml
This file is ransomware, this is a type of malware that is classified by online frauds to demand payment.
Most of the cases, Trojan:Win32/Sabsik.FL.A!ml virus will certainly instruct its sufferers to initiate funds transfer for the purpose of counteracting the amendments that the Trojan infection has presented to the victim.
i have been a member since 2018 and have never come across this, so any advice would be greatful.
and i have the reputation-based protection off so this is not the issue.

yea and i dont have facts right 😝😝😝😝😝😝
we've added things like ability to use your keys in the trainer with trainer overlay INSIDE the trainer, as well as coming ability to use your ipad or phone to control the trainer. Don't assume that something recording keystrokes or some new process is VIRAL. I have no idea if the template from 0x90 uses the program you are discussing but you can ask him.
best,
