I managed to get the Zenny but the EXP bar seems to be very elusive. I'm new to all this so I'm sure it's just my ignorance. The Health bar seems to be the same situation as the EXP bar. For some reason when I start the scan for the number I have on the bar then do the 'next scan' for the new number on the bar... most times it doesn't even find anything or if it does they all change once I add them to the table.
There is currently a cheat table out that modifies XP under another software. While we wait for a trainer here. Feel free to look that one up. You have to modify the address that writes to the after battle xp reward.

Zenny and caps were easy enough. The value type is 4 byte for them. The problem is that, at least in my case, I had to search for them while I was in the appropriate shop, and after I left the shop (or after I left the area, I forget which) I had to look the values for both up again.
I was able to get a health cheat working one time during a battle, was also a 4 byte value I think, but it only worked for that 1 single battle.
In other words, every time you have a loading screen, you have to find everything you wanna mess with again it seems. At least, that's what it looks like to me so far.

As a tip do not only find the 4 byte but find the pointer adresse, there are some nice tutorials, it is always the case that adresse change for different areas but the pointers stay the same, those normaly only change with an game updated, it takes around 5 to 8 minuets for someone that dosen`t do that kinda stuff to find the pointer.
With the pointer you can have a permantent point for your zenny and co.
