edit gold are not working for me

Wartales Steam version, on map where you can move around, gold is in editor and easily edited in 6 different saves here.

You must have at least ONE gold.

I cannot NOT make it work

I think the confusion, on my end at least, is coming from the trainer instruction for editing gold, influence, and valour which says to toggle on the trainer option first, then this will show value. What needs to be toggled on, the trainer itself? The problem I'm having is values like gold are populating, but when changed just revert back to the original value. Same confusion on my part where the instructions say to make sure Collect Mouse Over Unit Combat option is turned on for Super Units and Weak Units. Where is this toggle/how do I turn it on?

The first option you are looking for was in the previous trainer versions: Wartales Trainer 1.0.25233
The mouse over one was still in Wartales Trainer 1.16400 but not present after that.
If you just mouse over a unit, at least in my case the options still work.
Honestly even in the previous version some of the options worked in different scenarios, just try a few different ways to edit what you want, move around, open/close camp, mouse over your team and so on.
I also had the values reverting issue and managed to change everything with the above mentioned steps, just save/load if nothing else worked till you get it done.

For those of you wondering:
Knowledge points works, Valour works and Aptitude points works.

As for the attributes:
Strength is still strength.
Willpower in the trainer links to Dexterity in the game.
Constitution in the trainer links to Movement in the game.
Movement in the trainer links to Critical Hit in the game.
I haven't been able to link Critical Hit in the trainer, or Willpower and Constitution in the game. Critical Hit in the trainer seems to be randomly changing values while I'm not doing anything for me.

IMPORTANT to keep in mind though, the values shown in the trainer are the number of aptitude points spent on the attribute, not the direct value. So, if the trainer tells you "2", that means you've upgraded it twice (or once with an extra career plan).

I haven't tested most of the other options though, these were the ones I was interested in.

What do you mean you "can't edit gold". What does the value show? Something else? What happens when you edit the value?

Please note that this hard to work with game programmed in wonky language with major changes in some of the code layout and aob scans when it patches, has already patched 4 times this month, including less than 12 hours after we posted the last huge trainer with 30+ code injection points. This is NOT GOOD. We won't be sinking 12 hours to update this trainer every time it patches if it wildly patches and wildly breaks things.
