My windows 10 keeps blocking my every attempt to get this trainer running. it extracts everything but then says I don't have persmission but I am the Admin? any help is appreciated.

Make a folder first, then extract the files to that folder. Sometimes permissions are not given when you auto extract to a folder the archive software makes.
Oh and make sure that folder is also excluded from antivirus software.
