yeah nothing wrong with the game. i just wanted to mess around in the campaign missions with it. but it just closes before anything is enabled or the trainer selected with Aurora open the game just closes.

Since the post above mention they have some bad anti-cheat, even for singleplayer, I suggest you post a file update request.
This way we can get our testers and trainer maker to have a look. Might have been an update the added another level of anti-cheat to prevent even SP for working.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
I'm having the same problem.
If you run the Aurora program and run the game, or activate Aurora while playing the game, a voice will say "SAVE THE GAME PROROTED" and the game will close.
How can I solve this?
You can start by doing what the mod instructed and file an update notification. Once 3 different users file one then the trainer maker will take a look.

A new trainer was posted today as well, suggest you try that one first.
The game still close a few seconds into the main screen if Aurora is opened.

I just tested the trainer and it seems to work fine here.
I suggest trying to verify or reinstall the game to make sure nothing is broken in the files.
My experience with Aurora and other cheat programs (as a form of control) with this game has been a crapshoot. There are times that the game will crash before even getting to the main screen, there are times that I can play for three hours with no issue, times where the game will crash in the start/middle/end of a round, and everywhere between, even just jumping around the various menus has resulted in a CTD. The testing I've done in both campaign and skirmish modes (yes, I know "only made with skirmish in mind", I was testing to see if it was the game mode causing the issue) have basically shown no difference in effecting the chance of a crash. I did do some control testing where I played the game without any cheats running, and none of those tests resulted in a CTD.
Wish I could provide more, but I don't know what triggers that cheat program check that's in the game nor what it looks for specifically. It seems, on the surface, to almost trigger randomly.
The only thing I can confirm is that the game very much hates any cheat programs.
Yes, the game auto-checks for words like Aurora, CoSMOS, Cheat, CE, etc randomly as well as many other fun anti-cheat checks. I think that Caliber narrowed them down as much as possible without having to sit and play for hours on end waiting for a crash to see where in memory the crash occurred, in the meantime the game has to be fired up again to try and see if what was put into place to block the anti-cheat measures has worked or not. This could be another 20 minutes or 5 hours.
Pretty much the only thing we can do is tell everyone to save often and if you HAVE come up with a way to recreate the crash every time, please send us your savegame with the instructions (zip/rar first).

Is there any chance there is a list of reported crashes already fixed? I think a lot of us would love to help you all out as much as possible, but I wouldnt want to send in reports of anything already stated or being worked on.
