The No Reload option is not working for any of the guns obtained later on in the game

Quite strange... game is crashing each time that i am using unlimited ammo.
Yes I did all cleaning required....no issues with the previous release

Am I the only one with such issue?

Provide a save file for the trainer maker if possible.

What is not working? some scripted events will still happen.
