I dont understand why there is so much condescension from CH staff anymore. We are paying customers that are coming to a message board dedicated for support and asking for help. Yet getting spoken down to in the process.
I think the communication is extremely unprofessional and needs to be seriously worked on.
CH isn't really designed to properly and clearly lay out three different trainers for one product. There was naturally going to be some confusion. Not to mention they are technically three different trainers for one title, all named the same exact thing with the same exact trainer number. Needless to say, this isn't typical for your users.
If you didn't anticipate this causing a few issues, that would be on you. I found the information on this forum was more than enough to clear up my personal confusion, I simply wanted to voice how displeased I am with being talked down to on such a frequent basis.
If you want to talk to us like idiots, stop charging people.
That said I do sincerely appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into getting us a trainer set like this so quickly. Seriously, I do appreciate and it's why Is till come here. But I just feel like I shouldn't have to suffer through such unprofessional communication in the process.

I agree, this is why I stopped being a lifetime plus member. Every time I'd ask for a new trainer or function I'd get a snarky email back. Granted they refunded the RC I spent, but it was always worded like I'm a complete moron. Every time.
I own Mass Effect Legendary edition in Origin and load it from yhere. Now I did start the trainer as administrator and het the Mass Effect 1 game running. But when I try to start the trainer it cann't find the game. Does this trainer work if you own the game in Origin, and don't have EA play?

just notest something, the infinite health and shield dosnt work for 3th character, it dosnt matter who but i got liara and tali, tali keep dieing even with the options on, anyone els having thise isue?

You know we stay up all day and night working on trainers for *3 SEPARATE HUGE GAMES* in ONE DAY to release them first and quick and not as a +4 but as a +17 so that you guys have trainers to play with on release day, yet all we catch is **** because the trainer doesn't have this option or that option or the same options as the trainer we released 20 years ago for the SAME ****ING GAME. How about from now on we just release trainers about a week after the games are released but with a few more options. Will that make everyone happy? Because that is what it sounds like it will take to appease everyone. And as far as how we talk to people, we treat and talk to people the way they treat and talk to us. You want respect? Show respect. It has nothing to do with the fact that you are a paying customer. That doesn't give you the right to come here and curse us out because our trainers are apparently pieces of **** that should never have been made in the first place. Sometimes I seriously question why we all work as hard as we do to try and give people their money's worth. Because it's obviously never going to be enough.

You guys do an excellent job and if you feel that you should wait a full week to release these you should, nothing wrong with making people wait. All the people who think they are entitled to you putting out a trainer the day of the release and that said trainer works perfectly and has everything they want in it are freakin idiots. Keep up the good work and thanks for what you do put out.
