New trainer posted with new method to try and work around the crashes inherent in this game.

With the new trainer you will need this file.

This game has anticheats, scanners, and all sorts of crashing issue. To use the trainer without these issues, there is a 3rd party fix that will allow the trainer to be used and to fix the graphics and anticheats crashes.

Go here:

github.com/praydog/REFramework/releases/download/v1.2/RE8.zip

download that .zip.

Unzip the .zip and take the file:

dinput8.dll

and place it into your game directory, usually:

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil Village BIOHAZARD VILLAGE

You won't need the other files, unless you want to try the game in VR mode.

Run the game and you will see that an overlay for VR is present. YOu can close it.

You can then activate the trainer, and hopefully all will go without crashes.

game crashes with windows 10. Special instructions in Aurora greyed out. You first get failed when you press F1, then a few seconds later Trainer Activated. Then the game crashes. It does not matter how you start the game, directly by choosing in the games Auroea sees, or by launching game (steam).
