Resetting Trainer Manager 2.X.X, close it and delete these 3 files
Layout.xml Trainers.json Settings.json
then launch it again.

Trainers stop working after a virus definition or a Windows update?
Uninstall ALL 3.XX versions of Microsoft .NET Core Runtime from the control panel and then re-install them with at least 3.1.11 (there was an issue with 3.1.15 and may have corrupt the install, 3.1.16 was a patch to address this)
dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/3.1 (Make sure you do both of the Desktop Runtime's x86 and x64)
If an Anti-Virus definition update or security software patch caused them to stop working. Remove ALL exclusions pertaining to trainers and then re-add them.
REBOOT the PC after doing either or both of these steps.
