the newest trainer just crashes the game for me.

Well out of the 205 downloads you seem to be the only one, so your going to have to describe in detail what you are doing step by step exactly and when it crashes. And, is this still the case:

Our Dorfromantik Trainer is now available for version 2020.1.17. 22446 and supports STEAM.

I just got this game and tried the trainer. None of the options are working for me at the moment.

It looks like the game was patched since the last update of the trainer

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Well there isn't anything labelled progress

and there are just a few things that can progress

like progress on a challenge aka do 100 of x tile (doesn't increase by 20)
quests on tiles like +10 farms (doesn't add 20)
adding 20 more tiles (doesnt add 20 more)

there is nothing else that can really be "progressed"

It increases the "place down xxxx tiles in total" challenges by that much extra each time you put a tile down. Does not help with anything else from what I have seen.

Thank you, at last a decent explanation of what "extra Progress" does. the steam forums were of little use.

So I just tried the trainer again

The speed and score do work

The progress +20 works on and off it seems, it gives +20 to score when you place a tile, so for example:

If you have a river/train track +x amount (needed) it won't add to that but when you put the tile down you will see +20 for score, which is a confusing cause we already got +200 for every action. Unless there is something else it does, but from what I've seen it doesn't add to your tile count or progress to next unlock
