Im really having a hard time trying to get Aurora to work for the first game. Ive adjusted my settings so that Aurora does not open a trainer automatically (since it always opens to KH2), but lets me choose one. The issue is that from game mode/steam OS I only get as far as seeing the list of trainers. It seems the window needs to be stretched maybe to see the options for downloading/activating via the image attached. When I try to stretch the screen however Aurora will eventually then bug out and freeze and I cant click on anything within the aurora window after. It seems to actually be worse on desktop mode. Even with windowed mode enabled, settings like forcing Aurora to be at the forefront or run in the background the cheathappens window always freezes. In short the farthest I have gotten is through game mode, but I cant figure out a way to make it work.
In Aurora settings there should be a box to check that says something like "maximize window" check that
That was absolutely it, thank you! Just as a note for others I could not launch the trainer properly through Aurora on the steam deck. I connected the trainer, but could not turn it on/activate cheats until I used the cheat happens mobile app. That was just my experience though. It seems to be working now though!
Glad it helped!
how does export their save in order to request a trainer option?
you find where the game puts the save game and then upload the files for that
so i just upload the png file then? or do I need to do some magic to it before I upload it?
a png file is a picture file that would not be the save that needs to be uploaded. I would suggest zipping the actual save file when you find it
