Set Health to Low:
While in Combat, MOUSE OVER the ENEMY you wish to affect, making sure that the little info window pops up with the health value, then press this option to affect that enemy.
Mental Resistance:
For Selected Investigator, Press L to open the JOURNAL, then select INVESTIGATORS, then use the ARROWS on the screen to select the CHARACTER you wish to see the data for. Changing values here may not visibly change the values in some other places until something changes the amount in combat or otherwise. Values may also reset at chapter changes, SAVES, LOADS, and changes may not be permanent.
Health:
While in Combat, MOUSE OVER the ENEMY you wish to see the values for.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.
VR Mode

HTC Vive
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the 'Menu' button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the 'Desktop' button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.
Oculus Rift
Click on the 'VR Mode' button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Open Oculus dashboard and click on 'Oculus Desktop', now press the buttons on the trainer to toggle the cheats.

Trainer option is bugged : "Unlimited AP in Combat" bugs the entire game and freezes your pc,doesnt matter if you activate it before or in combat !!!
does your game version match the trainer version?
It's the latest version(steam) so it should match,or has the trainer not been updated yet after all this years?
