I'm trying to find a way to increase the maximum number of systems the player can colonize without suffering approval penalties. I realize that there are various things in the game that can increase the cap somewhat, but I want to be able to seize the whole galaxy without my people rioting. I can't find any such setting under the console. Am I missing something, or am I out of luck? Does anyone have some insight?
