Unlock Inbuilt Cheats:
While active and you're at the map press PERIOD key on your keyboard to open the inbuilt cheat screen. Press the same key to close the screen. Hint: If you click on your character avatar first and then open the cheat screen you can change your skills, money, happiness etc.

Unlimited Starting Traits:
This must be activated BEFORE you enter the main menu for the FIRST time. If you already entered the main menu you must restart the game.

Change Money:
First click at your character avatar icon at the bottom. You won't see any changes on your money until you end the turn or spend some money.

Unlimited Action Points:
You won't see any changes on your action points until you end the turn or spend some.

Mute Hotkeys:

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

Everything works except unlock Inbuilt Cheats. I have tried it every which way I can.
