im wondering if you can unlock all items without doing basically anything like going and getting all the mastery levels on every single level

you can but only on pirate version (offline only)

There is a video on youtube telling you how to trick the game and adds up all unlocked items even works online however the process of making is too confusing and difficult so I leave as it is. I know that items that you owned from Hitman1-2 doesnt goes to Hitman 3 meaning have to play every campaigns again to earn them.
