I didn't have time to scroll through the remainder pages from 29 up to current regarding if anyone else answered this question, but I was asked this: "Can you still play with friends even though you are marked?"
The answer is: YES. I decided to try it last night and was able to play in another friend's session without a problem. Well, apart from the servers taking a dump on him towards the end of our playing and he couldn't reconnect but I was still able to be in a game. After not being able to connect for a couple hours.
Way to think ahead, PCF. Because a game you hyped up DEFINITELY wasn't going to request a lot of people trying to go online all at once and overload your servers. This is what you get with Always\Only Online games.
So you can 100% play with a friend if you are marked/limited? thats good, Im going to do my main character legit then cheat on the other 3 as i dont like the other classes and there is no way on earth im doing everything and getting everything again for another 3 characters lol
With that being said, I do not know if you can join a friend's session WHILE using the trainer. When I joined my friend, I was not using the trainer, nor copied over the cracked EAC.exe, so I'm hoping today I can test the theory out if it will let us play together.
3 April: EAC detects invalid launcher at game start now.
Heads up.
I just tried it out; everything still seems to work fine for me. Did you follow the instructions and activate the trainer before continuing past the screen with the big planet, "Outriders," and "[Space] To Continue"?
Failing to to that is the only way I've managed to get that error.
