When using Aurora, it would be nice to see single file for trainer to work, for download. Something named ".Exe for trainers to work"
On Aurora for Outriders all trainers above doesn't specify that you need Outriders.exe made by CH, only in forum. I had to download trainer dated from 11/16/21 to get that file.
Just saying. 😇
the readme says you need the exe file to use the trainer
Number 6.... there is NO EAC file in the download. Its an empty Zip folder. But hey for good measure I moved that into the steam outriders folder... it doesn't work...
Clearly I'm doing something wrong. Thanks for help.
The zip file is actually a rar archive. If you rename the extension from a .zip to a .rar it then opens fine with any rar application such 7zip or winrar.
I have no idea why it's currently a .zip extension.
Yeah I figured that out... you must use Win rar....
Wish you could just sort this. Everytime I come back to play this thing I've got to fight with it to get the trainer to work.
Like every 4-5th time I play, I end up having to redownload the eac file, which I must download from the older files because for some reason you're requiring offline keys for lifetime members.. not going into what I think of that. This works for a few sets, then the game gets hosed and I have to do a complete reinstall, which includes re-downloading a fresh version of the 3rd on in Aurora, as thats the only one I CAN download.
I dont know why thins one has been such an issue for you guys, but.. my god the handling of this thing sucks.
Usually, it would be your anti-virus software that would be borking the EAC file. the file runs fine on my system even weeks after putting the EAC file in. Be sure to troubleshoot some more before blaming someone else
When the trainer is launched it forces the use of dx11. Why? Is dx12 problematic? Can I use dx12 if i chose to, and if so how?
steam asks you what version you want to launch when you hit play. I would suggest checking your steam settings or your hardware to load the game as dx12, its not the trainer or anything from us that is forcing dx11

Offline keys have absolutely nothing to do with this whatsoever.
