Ever since version 1.11.0.0 the game is stuck on "authenticating" for me after I replace the eac file. When I use the original everything works.
Is this issue only happening to me ?
I've seen the same thing as well it gets stuck at "authenticating" when using the EAC file from the trainer and works normally when using the version from the game from the EPIC store. The odd thing is that prior to 1.11.0.0 it worked properly. Are you by chance using the version from the EPIC store? I decided to give the Steam version of the game a try and it works with the EAC file from the trainer and the trainer itself works as expected.

Yes I am using the Epic version. I guess the trainer is not working on the Epic version.
I don't have a steam version, what should I do ?
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
Make sure to select Epic as the platform.
Hey! Outriders trainer needs updated!
So.. it starts to download it. It finishes. Then it opens my file explorer and throws up a dialogue box saying I need to manually install the thing because the auto install feature failed due to a compressed file within the compressed file. O.o
So.. I manually download it. I manually unpack it. I manually install it.
Should be good to go, right? I mean I put the now unpacked EAC where the unpacked EAC is supposed to go, place the trainer in my trainers folder where its previous version was as well as where all my other trainers are. Should be good, right?
Nope. I fire up the trainer manager, and the 1 update available thing is all glowy at me. And it downloads the file on its own, and of course, fails to install because a zip inside a zip is somehow too confusing for it to just say "Oh.. that's not relevant to me, move along".
Sure as ****, file explorer opens itself with the dialogue box in the middle telling me the trainer I already downloaded and installed manually.. needs to be downloaded and installed manually because it doesn't know what to do with a zip file inside a zip file.
You know, it is a very good thing I enjoy irony, because otherwise this would **** me the **** off. Files opening themselves whist I'm in the midst of something completely different and taking over my screen on the random.. yeah. Not happy.
Issue 2 : All the downtime your website has had lately, my offline keys have apparently gone walkabout. I had one for the old manager, and one for the new. Installed. Working. Yet now, for some fun reason, neither the new OR the old manager can seem to work when the website is offline. So I got new keys with your newer keyfinder program thingy. Dropped the resulting file in both of the trainers as there are a couple of them the new manager just wont load (older games the new manager doesn't seem to like). Guess what? STILL no offline key.
So.. something isn't quite right here. Care to look into it so that I can use the trainers I've got when your website is getting DDS hacked, or down for maint. or whatever is causing all these outages over the past few weeks?
The best thing to do is to use the trainer update notification system to request an update for the trainer.
