Question: what features will other players notice? I'm playing privatley with friends and would like to not have food, water, and stam drain.

It's still against our TOS to use the cheat in any multiplayer enviroment. Private or not, you should only use the trainer for SOLO and SINGLEPLAYER.

Another update but as far as I can tell it hasn't broken any of the trainer options (the ones I use anyway)
