I don't think the game is detecting the trainer at all, it's detecting sync errors, resources appearing from no source, recipes being unlocked without being properly unlocked, etcetc, if it's doing that i don't know if there would be a way to solve the issues unless choosing an option of the game that isn't being logged such as offline mode and unconnected to the main galaxy right?

the incorrect runtime is trying to tell you that you cheated in changing your reseacrh speed mech speed techs / research unlocked without researching it legally clicking the colored cubes and duping them also trigers it if you just cheat to get resources l;ike iron copper ore it works dont touch cubes tech or anytihgn to do with the mech it will flag it as a inconsistant timing and it tells you if you pull up the box like cubes or speed inside that runtime window

I can no longer lock values in the trainer editor. I am simply trying to take foundations, and lock at 10000 so I can just pave an entire planet so i can set up another hub. However, the lock value is no longer able to be enabled. I was able to do this just like two weeks ago, wondering if its a bug, or if the game got updated(not that i noticed)

This isn't a "bug", it is a "fix". People were being allowed to lock/unlock values in the Editor even if the trainer maker had disabled this feature in the trainer. So, now Aurora is behaving how the trainer maker intended. You would have to reach out to each individual trainer maker on each game and ask them if they want to submit a new trainer where locking/unlocking is allowed.

I'm surprised you haven't put this trainer back on hold until it was released out of early access
