Working fine for me with the Steam version. I own the complete package with Hitman 1, Hitman 2, Hitman 3 all combined and all DLC for all versions as well. I've tested the trainer out with Hitman 1 levels, Hitman 2 levels, and Hitman 3 levels. Works fine and no crashes for me so far. Worked with the previous trainer also and it works with the most up to date trainer. I think you can list this one as Epic and Steam on the trainer page. No need for a separate Steam version.
