Mastery points stuck at 0

In the skills menu, my mastery point is stuck at 0, however the editor display the right value (30 actually).

Reloading / leveling up doesn't fix this ; the mastery point value will increase in the editor, but the value in the skill menu is still 0.

Does anyone else have this issue ?
