I had the same thing happen to me earlier in the game when I wanted to build my town faster and I also went exploring on my own for a while and killed 2-3 order of the ancients guys. I thought it was the trainer that caused the corrupt saves but reading through other game forums, this also happened to others (including console users) if you do some things too fast in the game or out of the usual quest order.

I can confirm that there was file corruption on the last build. 1.1.2
Steps to corrupt save file- Go into inventory and select your junk items press "set Inventory Item To 999999", see go out of inventory and back in to see what items were set to that value, and repeat until you have all the stuff you want at 999999. Save the game, attempt to reload and in my case, it would no load.
Editing the numerical value with the editor to smaller amounts for each item has worked without a problem though. I see the options to set things to pre-determined values have been removed from the new version of the trainer.

Yeah I just noticed this option missing as well .... when trying to use it it didn't activate and I was like ??? ...
I never had any issues with it in the past, whether it be 100 or 999999, on any item.
