my weight is so high that i cant run any help is appreciated

Scrap your stuff

Turn off Easy Crafting after using. It try to give you 10000 what ever items in the craft menu. Like the Blade or The Coat

I had this problem, with a save. It showed I had 850k weight and moving everything to my room store, made just a small difference. I had left my cheats on, from a different save.
Reloaded the same save, with all cheats off, and the correct weight showed, when cheats added, no increase, so you maybe adding the cheats too early before loading your game.

I can confirm that I had the same problem... 1,000,000+ weight. Turned off cheats. Saved game. Reloaded game. Problem solved.

Make sure you have th easy crafting off. As that can cause some issues. You do not need this option on all the time. Only turn it on when you need to and then turn it off when your not using it.
