can anyone write down how the mony editor works?!

i have ever and over all 9999 but must pay more then that, cant change it.
when i change the easy craftiing too off, i have this money in menue but cant pay anyone with that moeny, can anyone fix it to easier to use and without easy crafting shut off?

if you have easy crafting toggled it will give you 9999 money.
turn easy crafting off to use the editor section to change the amount you want.
you really should not leave easy crafting enabled except when you are crafting.
SOOOO not sure if this even has something to do with the trainer, im kinda wondering if its just me, the game, or the trainer but i run into situations where i try the non-lethal take down, or use the stun baton, and it gets em down to 0 but the keep coming, almost like they have the infinite health option as well as me, it also seems to happen when i do lethal options, it particularly happens in the Cyberpsycho missions, when im trying to take them down using non-lethal means....and they just keep coming and coming they wont go down and they wont die lol, am i the only one whos noticed this, is it a trainer issue when you use the infinite health or is there a work around someones noticed, any help would be great=)
even if you headshot them and they "die" it doesn't count them as dying in the mission.
Read that this is related to having equipped the legendary quickhack cripple movement (forums.cdprojektred.com/index.php?threads/getting-one-shot-and-can-no-longer-kill-enemies.11051582/). It seems the game doesn't have any level scaling. I removed it from my cyberware and now I can kill enemies.
