I too have an issue with the Editor / Player Upgrades section in the 1.05 Trainer. The Attribute Points and Perk Point values do not match my current save (or any save I have tried a few). Seems changing these values in the editor no longer changes them in game, which is sad cause it was working in the last iteration of the trainer.
I've isolated this as much as I can, and also posted tips in several places.

with 1.05 Trainer the enemiy have unlimited healt and not dieing
mission boss.
the bad thing traienr losing or restart and reload doesnt reset it. the cokmplte save is detroyed.
i cant kill him and the mission cant be to an end.
first mission try scavenger boss.
easily killed him with trainer on, unlimited health, super damage. Cannot replicate here.

question about option 2.. no its not the save part... i actually read it.. i click it and i crouch ..nme still look at me? am i doing something wrong? thank you!
It's not "invisibility" as the name might suggest.
What actually happens is NPC's will basically ignore you, even though they can technically still see you.
However they will still notice that "something" or "someone" is is there and be on alert if they notice suspicious behaviour (such as dead bodies or destroyed camera's). So you still need to be a little bit stealthy and quiet.
The name of the option and the description of what it does is actually fairly accurately descriptive, and working as intended.
Ghost Mode:
Toggle on and it's as if you are dead. Enemies either are confused, cannot see you, react to sound, or will not do most attacks. You cannot SAVE while in GHOST mode. For STEALTH this is an easy way to get around, especially if crouched.
The trainer is giving errors on unlimited ammo, reload and super accur. "Cannot find aob" Game was loaded at several points all tips done as suggested from your site. Also same bug on enemy fire as alot of people with the super dmg.
That is most likely because you closed the trainer and reopened it on the same game session and tried to reactivate an active cheat. Save and close the game completely and then try using that cheat again.
teleport would be nice
a proper teleport WOULD be nice. Unfortunately nobody has been able to do it properly, and I did attempt. You will just have to use the speed options and float option to move about using our trainer.

It helped to get away from Rhino when I had that Animal Mission.. I just beat her in the Ring,, got a mission, But she is one who cant die...
