You are truly exceptional. It's an honor to participate, at my level, in your company.

The skill progression editor doesn't unlock the ultimate perk.

For example,

- I change the Athletics Level to 19 and EXP to 54999(need 55000 to reach level 20)
- Run, Jump to gain EXP
- Pop up shown saying Athletics is now level 20
- "Hard Motherf**ker" perk is still locked and cannot be purchased(I have free perk points to buy)

Notes:
1. I have purchased ALL of the perks under Athletics
2. Happen to every ultimate perk. They cannot be unlock with editor

EDIT: Fixed it by reloading the save and the perk will unlock. All good. Thanks CH team
