edit: i just closed the trainer and opened it again and now they are "????". what do i do?

I have the same rediculous number values, AND if I try to fix the values? The save causes the game to crash.

I, like many others, also encountered this issue. I still have available perk points to spend, so that is not the issue as Pwizard's replies suggest (although I'm sure some people are running into this issue because of that, so I can't blame him), however, I have found a workaround. If you are experiencing extremely high values or ?? in Attributes or Perks after previously having that feature work AND you still have points available to spend you can use Cosmos to find the value.
Looks like the editor isn't working properly. It worked initially, and I was able to update several stats, however after upgrading attributes/perks and reloading the game, everything went to ?? instead.
I have tried all of the practical troubleshooting tips (and this isn't my first rodeo) before reporting. I've noticed others reporting similar behavior, so I wanted to provide a savegame where it's happening on every load. This is on steam.

You have to have at least ONE ATTRIBUTE POINT. The trainer goes into this. I've already posted about this.
I have no other suggestions.

I followed the requested steps to delete and redownload the trainer. I cleared trainer cache as well just to be safe. Screenshots of what is happening below and a new save.
I'm savvy enough to get around these issues, but given what I'm reading on the forums, there's quite a few who aren't. I'm not reporting this because I need you to fix it for me.
I figured you would like the saves to help troubleshoot the problem, but if it's not wanted or needed I'm just as fine not contributing.

My guess is this is happening because once you level up, a skill/level/cred/etc has 0 xp in it again. However, I would think that the levels themselves should still show up, no?

Hi, getting a strange thing happening with this Trainer (I tried, only happen to this Trainer).
It will close itself without any warning. Sometimes even when I just open up and just moving the window around.
Sometime is quite during game play.
Just some very strange behavior.

Very strange indeed. I have not seen this phenomenon, so I cannot make any suggestion.
Try running just the trainer and the game and nothing else.

I had that happen because I opened CoSMOS to edit perk points because trainer stopped displaying them and it closed both trainer and CE xD
SOLVED: I saved the game and loaded that save. Works now.
Has anyone figured out how to unlock the Rank 20 perks? What I've done:
Added Attribute Points to make the Base Stat (Body, Reflexes, etc.) level 20.
Set the Skill to 19 with 54999 exp (1 less than max) and then leveled it.
Acquired every other perk in the tree.
Still not unlocked. What should I do differently?

You have to level those skills like you level normally without trainer. Like shooting with pistols, assault rifles, shotguns, killing with swords and fists, killing with grenades, hacking, crafting.
Only skill that i haven't been able to level to 20 is athletics. Been trying everything, but so far i haven't found a way to level up athletics to 20.
