Could Dragon update the thread ... READ THIS! Common Solutions! to include the solution to the most recent trainer (V9 for both base game and Phantom Liberty) not giving you the ability to edit level and experience if you do not have the DLC and that you need to use V5 first in order to edit these values. I say this because Dragons original post goes back to 2020 and with this DLC a lot to the game has changed.
I have no idea if you are just ****ing with us or what, but the original post for this trainer thread was by ME and not DS and I also added that info to the beginning of the original post as you pointed out IN ALL CAPS a few messages ago.

Ah, I missed that part, thanks for clarifying. DS will need to update that post/thread.

when driving cars I got my character popping out of the car with his arms extended it's only happing on cars and not on bikes
I get that too. On bikes V's legs go over the tank. I found the quick solution. Do a quick save then reload it. This solves the issue for me.
