Hi. When I start the game from the trainer for the latest version of the trainer the game thinks I am using a controller to play the game. Please keep in mind that I am not using a controller and that no controller is plugged into my computer.
Windows Key + X -> Device Manager -> HID Compliant/Human Interface Devices AND the Bluetooth Categories. See anything listed besides a keyboard/mouse. Probably a false positive on the controller. Shouldn't matter if it thinks there is one or not as long as you don't switch it to controller mode in the trainer.
I know the happens only when I start the game using the trainer. When I start the game from Steam it does not happen.
Is there any chance of some kind of tweak to the in game arcade machine Roach Race? The new Phantom Liberty DLC locks one of the new gig completions behind getting #1 on the high score list, which is an extremely tedious prospect.
Perhaps just wiping all high scores or reducing them to <100?

The trainer (Aurora) it self crashes. The only option I use is the Unlimited Ammo. It also only crashes with cyberpunk. I'm on V8 of the trainer.

Do you have hardware acceleration enabled and/or the overlay active by any chance?
Those can sometimes cause issues, resulting in crashes.
I don't know about hardware acceleration. Is that in the Bios settings? I also have no overlays

No that is in Aurora. Just click the settings, avatar above your name, and then under misc.
Just turn that off and see if it helps.
