Relic skill tree is DLC exclusive. Here is a quote about it:

You’ll gain access to this tree once you connect with Songbird at the entrance to Dogtown during the first Dog Eat Dog main story mission. In order to access abilities within it, though, you’ll need to obtain Relic Points, which can only be found in the Phantom Liberty expansion. These can be found by downloading old Militech operational data and combat logs at Militech Data Terminals around Dogtown.

Note that Dogtown is the new DLC exclusive area. You get access to it after finishing Transmission story mission but you can also start a new game which gives you the option to start directly with the DLC.

Don't activate trainer with only launcher on. YOu need to be at main menu.

I've played 40 minutes and don't see any relic points as of yet
where are they stored?
where can you see how many you have?
where do you spend them and on what?

If someone has a save with several, then I can look at it.
If you have to do something special to spend them, instructions on how and where to use them would be super...

Just dropping it here but as I thought with the DLC files now being published they put in a build update from 2.0, here's the hoping it doesn't undo the recent work done.

New version is 2.0_PhL and the patch from 2.0 to PhL is- (just grabbed a whole file name)
patch_cyberpunk_2077_2.0_(67690)_to_Build_4902785Change_6408866_with_EP1_RL_(67718)

I thought it might be of relevance to know the numbers, if not disregard. ^^
The files for Phantom Liberty itself are a separate set of 10x 4GB files as I prefer to use the offline installers for these things.

We had to fix several things, but it should be good. The latest trainer (posting shortly) will have Relic points and all fixes
