Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

While waiting for an update to be released, you can use our free CoSMOS Gamehacking Tool to easily hack the game yourself. We have tons of video tutorials available for even those with no prior experience with memory scanners or gamehacking tools.

I'm not able to replicate the health/stamina issue here. I reworked the health/damage option to see if it helps, and a new trainer will be posted. If still issues, I may need savegames, and where they go, to try and replicate the issue here.

so after the last update unlimited health and stamina is still broken. I´ll attach the savefile for testing purpose. thank you

Thanks for your quick response @caliber... Sorrily it didn't work. I also still have the same issue.

Maybe it helps: Unlimmeted Ammo is also not working anymore. Ammo is depleting, but "no reload" works at least.
