Huh, according to the map 1 AM might be somewhere in mainland Europe.

I'm in the USA and the Steam store Cyberpunk entry both in the app and web page says Dec 9 as does my library which matches up with the map.

Maybe the library date is tied to your Steam DL location. Did you choose a Steam DL site east of GMT?

I'm in Europe. and my library says Dec 9, while my DL location is same as my country and my timezone on the map is same as Paris, which will be 1 AM Dec 10

Why do they even put that in the library section then for games saying a specific date, yet elsewhere within either the app or elsewhere it's always different, i just don't understand the purpose if it's wrong lol

Link According to this the release time in Poland, where CDProjektRed are based is 0100 on 10th, an hour ahead of the UK, which ties in with what the game says on steam if I try to launch, the game is releasing in approx 19 hours.

The official Cyberpunk 2077 release date is December 10th at 12 am GMT for the entire planet. You'll need to figure out your time from that.
